Good Morning, Mr. Luna! If I were in your position, I would feel extremely frustrated having to come in multiple times, and I’m sorry it took longer than expected. With the situation at hand, unfortunately we have to follow the bread crumbs and do the repairs that need done before we can continue with other possible outcomes for further issues. Our technician wanted to make sure the issue was fully fixed, but I know the extra visits weren’t convenient for you. We really appreciate your patience. I am happy to hear that Alex has taken care of you during the process, even while the technicians may have fallen short. To make up for the inconvenience, we’d like to offer you a complimentary oil and filter change service on your next visit as a token of appreciation of your patience and willingness to work with us through this. I know time is not something that can be given back, but I am happy to discuss anything further with you or the location you purchased the vehicle from if you think it may help recuperate some of the charges for the timing belt service you had done here.
