The service Rep. Alex is an excellent representative. However, these dealer mechanic technicians are not good representation of the dealer. I recently bought 2017 Ho Alex is an excellent representative. However, these dealer mechanic technicians are not good representation of the dealer. I recently bought 2017 Honda Pilot end of April with a different dealer and a week of having the car the emission light can on. I took my car to this Honda dealer, so the issue can be find and fixed and it fund the issue had to do with a common issue with the 2017 Honda Pilot. This was covered under the warranty and apparently it was fixed since the first visit. It has been a total of five visits from May until August, where the lights come on and off. All the time that car has been drop off for two day or three they will say it is fixed. Now at the five visit is where they found the true issue. Now I end up paying outpocket $2100 because the warranty does cover it and can’t go back to the dealer that I bought because this Dealer took 4 months to find true issues. Now I’m outside of dealer warranty since I bought my car. This was a horrible experience, I trusted this honda dealer to find the issue and fixed it. Even if this is the cost that need to take place for this first time the dealer from I bought will have covered. Not happy at all with the mechanics technicians, you guys the professional “the house of the Honda”. Yes this bother all the time wasted and top paying out pocket. Hope your technician they do a better job because their making your customer service team look bad and the dealer as whole. I will still bring my car back to use guys, but I hope this survey changes something in the mechanics technician department. Thank you Alex for your excellent customer service. More

I prefer getting the oil changed at Piazza knowing that the genuine Honda oil filter is used bcuz i want the best for my car and the oil change was done in a timely manner. Plus, the coupon I used was a very big help to me as a senior citizen. Lastly, the snacks in the customer lounge were a very nice addition to a great experience. Thank you Piazza for everything!! This is my 7th CRV-EXL, one of which was purchased in North Carolina in '22. Mark Steltz has always been our salesman. He sold my husband a couple of Acura's too.
