I have purchased 2 cars from them in 2 years and Ken Harris was my salesman both time, he is Honest, friendly and does not make you feel pressured, He is the best salesman they have there. I was referred to this dealership through a long time friend and I have to say that my experience was excellent. For a return customer like myself, I was not that happy returning to the dealership. First time when I purchased the car from them, I was feeling happy and was treated like a true customer. When I bought my second Car, I felt that the Sales Team did a real poor job. All they wanted was me to sign the contract even prior to showing me the car that I wanted. They did not have the car and they kept promising that the car will be delivered. At the time of delivery only after my provoking did the Sales Rep bother even cleaning the Car. For a return customer like me, the dealership did not even have the courtesy of filling in Gas. It was full of false promises. Would defintely not return to the dealership. More
This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest and very unorginized in all aspects. Stay away from this place!!! I would never reccomend them to anyone! They lied to me that they had the car. When we decided on the different car and were ready to get it then they backed out of all the things that they had promised us. I went to this dealer to get my "Peeling Paint" from my 2002 galant to be inspected by this dealer as per advise from Mitsubishi of America. The service rep was rude and wanted me to wait for 1 hour before 2002 galant to be inspected by this dealer as per advise from Mitsubishi of America. The service rep was rude and wanted me to wait for 1 hour before taking pictures of the peeling paint. Can't believe that i have to wait for 1 hr for him to go out and take pictures which takes 2 minutes?? Never again to this dealer! More
I took in my Mitsubishi Outlander to All-Star Mitsubishi for 1:00pm appointment to check the air-conditioning/over heating issues. Before starting any work we were told that a complete car diagnostic would for 1:00pm appointment to check the air-conditioning/over heating issues. Before starting any work we were told that a complete car diagnostic would be performed a report generated and a detailed estimate provided. It would take approximately 45 minutes for this to be completed. I waited in the waiting area until 2:30pm without a word on the progress of the work. At this time I approached the desk and asked what the hold up was. The response I was given was that "the car is hooked up to a computer and diagnosis is being performed. This is not magic. We're checking your car out". I then went outside and saw my car still had not been pulled into the service bay - let alone hooked up and being diagnosed! I approached the desk again and informed them of which car they were diagnosing when my car was still outside untouched. They finally brought in the car - close to two hours after my scheduled appointment time. As it was going to take another hour or more I asked them to call me once the report was generated and an estimate prepared. At 5:15pm I received the call stating there was considerable repair needed on the car and that "I was better off trading in my car and getting a used Mitsubishi from us". I was concerned and skeptical at this time and left straight for All-Star to pick up my diagnosis report and estimate to assess the statement. When I arrived at 5:30pm the repairman went into a sales pitch stating that the estimate for the repairs to my car would be $5000 - and instead I should trade-in my car and get a used Mitsubishi which would end up costing me $4500 after the trade-in. This was beyond belief! A sales pitch instead of providing me the diagnostic report and explaining what repairs were needed. I declined the pitch and asked for my diagnosis report and detailed estimate. I was not provided either - instead I was handed a bill for $104 of parts and labor. Totally disgusted with this establishment and its repair and selling practices. More
My rating reflects the professionalism of my sales person, Pricilla Robinson. She took the time to listen to my needs and to show me cars that met my requirements with light conversation which made t person, Pricilla Robinson. At no point did I feel pressured by Pricilla. I felt that we were partners working together for a win/win for both of us. She wanted me to purchase a car from her and her dealership and I wanted the best price for the new car with the features I wanted and my trade-in. If anyone is looking for a Mitsubishi in Central NJ, I recommend Allstar Mitsubishi as your dealership and Priscilla Robinson as your sales person. She brings experience to the table and enables the customer to realize that her dealership will work with you to close the deal. More
