I was referred to All Star Mitsubishi thru a long time family friend who knew I was in the market for another car. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by everyone and then handed over to the very capable hands of Ken Harris. It was a very cold night so Ken made quick work of obtaining both my wants and needs and almost immediately walked me over to a car that absolutely blew my expectations out of the water! Before I knew it I was back in the warmth of the showroom with my daughter and shortly thereafter the car was pulled up to the door awaiting my inspection and test drive. Ken is an excellent addition to the All Star team because he made my car buying experience something I never thought it could be...enjoyable! I was not only put in a new car but I was placed in a car I can afford and feel great about. In addition to putting me at ease, Ken included my daughter whenever possible and she now loves All Star just as much as I do. I received my car a few days before Christmas and must say that Ken Harris and All Star Mitsubishi gave me the best present I could ask for...a new car and a new All Star family. After shopping around for a car and dealing with completely dishonest sales people, I was extremely frustrated with the whole process. I had previously been to 2 Mitsubishi dealerships in the area, Bell Mitsubishi and Rt 46 Mitsubishi, and was unable to get a deal through. Some of the reps I dealt with there were dishonest about pricing o area, Bell Mitsubishi and Rt 46 Mitsubishi, and was unable to get a deal through. I went to All-Star as a last ditch effort and was pleasantly rewarded with a great experience from salesman Ken Harris. Ken is honest and helpful in every way possible. He was willing to locate and pick up the car that I wanted from out of state. Ken listened clearly to what I wanted and was willing to work hard to get the deal through. I got a great deal on a great Mitsubishi and I actually hope friends and family members come to me asking for advice on a new car so that I can send them to him.
