This is our second time purchasing a car for our daughter at Allstar Mitsubishi. We live in Jackson. We met Ken Harris and Tyson last May, 2010. Without hesitation, we returned to the same dealership. Our daughter, Amanda, had just been in an accident with her Lancer. She loved that car and was so upset that it was totalled. The car took the hit like it should and thank goodness Amanda wasn't seriously hurt. Ken Harris was there and we were very happy to see him. He had treated us so well last year, we only wanted to deal with him again. Ken recognized us right away! That means alot. It had been a year since we saw him last. Amanda had been up looking on their lot. She had found a car, but we needed to wait for the insurance check to make another purchase. When we went back up with her to make the deal, the car she wanted was gone. She started to cry. We found Kenny. He calmed her down and said "don't worry - we will get you any car you want in any color." She was sooo happy. Ken and Tyson went to work, searching other dealerships for the car Amanda wanted. Success - they found one! Ken went above and beyond. He went ON HIS DAY OFF to pick the car up himself from another state!!! On his day off - what salesman do you know that would do that for you?! Ken Harris - that's who. When you enter this dealership, you feel like family. Especially when you return for a second time! Ken is more than just a salesman. He truly cares about you and your family. Tyson is awesome too! Amanda didn't have a car to drive and Tyson let her borrow a car from the dealership until her car arrived.
