From the moment I called them to the moment I drove off the lot, I felt like part of their family. Having spent almost a month looking for a specific vehicle at a specific price, Phillips Toyota was th the lot, I felt like part of their family. Having spent almost a month looking for a specific vehicle at a specific price, Phillips Toyota was the only dealer who not only met, but exceeded my expectations. From Ariana, to Jacky, to "Chick" and finally Tom, every single member of their team took my requests and brought them to fruition with joy. The dealership was over an hour from my home, but it was worth the drive from Tampa, bypassing dozens of other Toyota dealers for the deal and the experience I received here. I don't give many 5 star reviews, but when I do, I make sure others understand they are in a place they can trust to take care of them and remove STRESS from the equation! Highly recommend and will do business with them again! More

Trace was great getting my car fixed and keeping me informed on its status. It was an emergent situation, having almost broken down on side of road.
