Service was fine and they got it down quickly. But the little details could be improved upon. I had some bugs on the windshield and they ran the wipers and smeared the bugs all over. It would have been 5 stars to run it through the car wash real quick or at least clean the windshield after smearing the dead bugs. Called Phillip Toyota to schedule a service, the service department were able to get me in the same day, when I showed up one of the service men asked a few questions and took the car in to work on it right department were able to get me in the same day, when I showed up one of the service men asked a few questions and took the car in to work on it right away. I was told I could wait inside the waiting area where they had coffee,soda and snacks, I grabbed some popcorn and a drink, watched a game show on the TV, and minutes later car was ready, all good to go in less than an hour! I'll be back! Thank you Phillip Toyota service department. More
