I entered my information on a Chevrolet website. I was immediately called by Kyle. He was very nice and extremely helpful. He suggested I come in to view the available stock. He also attempted to locate the vehicle I wanted through his compuer system. I traveled to Frankfort and was immediately met by Joe Hamden, who became my salesman. We discussed what kind of car i wanted and my requirements. We walked around the lot to locate such a car. As it turned out, he had to locate the blue car at another dealership. All the while he was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He engineered the best deal possible. I am extremely happy about my find at Phillip's Chevrolet. I cannot say enough nice things about the employees, Phil Gerard and Yasin Yasin completed the sale. They were beyond helpful. They made my experience stress free. If I am as pleased with my new Chevy, as I am with Phillips, it will be a 'win-win' situation. More

This dealer is horrible. I would never recommend to anyone that they purchase a car from this dealership. The salesman I worked with after identifying a used car to purchase, negotiated a purchase pri anyone that they purchase a car from this dealership. The salesman I worked with after identifying a used car to purchase, negotiated a purchase price and set a time to come in and purchase the car and confirmed the appointment the morning before, went and sold the car after confirming the appointment for me to come in and buy the car the next day. I spoke with the general manager who essentially did not care. These guys are as dishonest as they come. More

The dealership has the largest inventory of Volts that I found in the midwest. The pricing offered on the inventory was substantially lower than prices offered at other dealerships. Will NEVER go back. I have purchased 6 vehicles from Phillips. I send my wife in and they tried to take advantage of her. Increased the price on the vehicle she was looking at by $2000 - stating it wa Phillips. I send my wife in and they tried to take advantage of her. Increased the price on the vehicle she was looking at by $2000 - stating it was listed wrong....then offered her $1500 for her trade which is valued at over $8500. Then, instead of dealing with her, the salesmen, assistant manager, and manager called me to justify their actions. This is a dealership that totally attempted to take advantage of a female customer and shows what a bunch of low lives they actually are at Phillips. Top it all off - the vehilce I was looking at was over $33,000. I wanted to pay $30K....they told me there was no way - they had 33K into the vehicle. It is now listed on their site for $29K. Nothing but lies! Do yourself a favor - stay away! More
