I went in without an appointment, and the service people took me in right away and fixed the issue (fortunately minor) in just a few minutes. No charge and they even offered me coffee while I waited! Plus a free car wash! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they took a huge load off my mind. Thank you service department at Phil Meador. If I didn't live 1000 miles away, you would definitely be my Subaru place of choice! More

Don't buy parts from this dealer!!! The Sales and Service Departments are great, However their parts dept. is the worst to do business with. Their prices are higher than MSRP. They have a really bad attitude when it comes to customer service. They even called Subaru a liar! Other Subaru dealers are more than willing to give me large discounts on parts. I will never buy another vehicle from Phil Meador at any of their dealerships in Pocatello. I buy new vehicles every two-three years. I have purchased 8 new vehicles since 2005 from Phil Meador. I refuse to be treated as a second class citizen (US Army Veteran). I was a Honda buyer before and now I'm going back to Honda. More
