John went to bat for us and the Sales Manager agreed to split the bill with us even though he did not have to do so. It was a very generous gesture that was much appreciated. John was very good to work with and did his best to explain all of the features of the new Legacy, and there are a LOT of features. This car is the epitome of luxury as far as we are concerned. The R6 engine has plenty of power and with the CV transmission is smooth as glass. The leather stitching is perfect and the controls are nicely laid out and easy to use. We first looked at a dealership in Idaho Falls but did not find the "perfect" one. We called Phil Meador Subaru and Julie answered. I overheard her say "your wife is has good taste! That's what I drive!" I knew immediately we would be in good hands. We never felt pushed into something we didn't want but guided into exactly what we were looking for. It felt like we were driving around with a friend and speaking to a friend about buying a new car. The whole process was painless, minus the anticipation to drive it off the lot =D. Julie even got us a stuffed toy Crosstrek for our dogs! I can't say enough good things about Julie and the dealership. My husband came back the next day and Julie got him into his new car! Julie was kind, understanding, straight forward, and hilarious. Never once did I feel like I had to fight for a good deal.
