Steve did not help resolve our terrible experience with our tcm issue with our 2014 Ford Focus. On an issue that Ford has on a warranty. They pulled a code that should have covered the tcm known issue. Ins our tcm issue with our 2014 Ford Focus. On an issue that Ford has on a warranty. They pulled a code that should have covered the tcm known issue. Instead they said it was a faulty wire and wanted to charge us over $2000.00. Charged us over 200 to “put car back together” Took to non Ford dealer -stated it was the covered TCM. Took to my normal Ford dealer (different state) and it was fixed under warranty. Shame on you Phil Long Ford!!! More

Steve does not like to email customers back on complaints about his employees. I had an issue with me truck sitting at the service dept for a week when my appt was on 8/1/2023 at 7am. Not sure how you train or promote people to a leadership position if they can't make the customer happy. Bad management relationships. Even when I came into the dealership to pick my truck up all he was doing was sitting in his office at his computer, apparently not looking at his email and responding to his customers. More
