I requested to speak with a manager on the 15th of June and was told by Tomas that they insisted he handle this issue at which he has not. So my request to speak with a manager was denied and I have a voicemail on the 21st of June detailing that from Tomas as well. So clearly your service managers are okay with this level of poor service.
