When arriving at Peterson Toyota I was meet by a very nice sales named James. James kept me informed on everything that he needed to do during the buying process. The car I wanted to see was being serviced but James worked it out that I could see the car in the service area. While viewing the car I noticed that the Factory Window Sticker was removed from the window and laminated but not before having additional information added. One of the pieces of information was a $4000.00 Market Adjustment fee. That and a few other items pushed the new sticker price up about $5000.00 above the MSRP. At that point I was ready to leave but James asked that I wait to see what I was being offered for my Trade-in. After some SPIRTED discussion by gentleman I believe was the Sales Manager (tall man with a beard) we finally came to a deal I was satisfied with. After that I was walked back to the Finance Managers office.While talking with the Finance Manager he felt it necessary to tell me how he was In-charge at his house after I told him that my wife and I agreed on a no higher than payment. Then he got upset that I wanted to put a Down Payment on the car which I was never ask if I wanted to do during the process. He got upset because he had to redo some of the electronic paperwork that he had not printed and never did print. At the end he handed me a USB Stick with all of the paperwork. Finally, I was walked out to my new car which James placed near my trade-in to make transferring of my belongings easier. After moving my belongings it was time to be shown how things worked on the new car. By fortunately the only thing that Eric, I am not sure of his Title, seemed to be concerned about was setting up the Toyota App on my phone and linking my phone to the new car so that James would not get in trouble for NOT doing. I purchased the car I wanted at Peterson Toyota only because the car was not available at any other Dealership within about 100 miles of where I live. Salesman James was great but I was not impressed with the Sales Manager of the Finance Manager. This review requires me to select a vehicle Make but TOYOTA is NOT an option so I choose the first option on the list. More
I had an 8:30 am appointment on a week end and was told that it would take approximately 1--1/2 hrs to fix my radio antenna. At 11:30 I went out to check on the status of my antenna and was told it was fix that it would take approximately 1--1/2 hrs to fix my radio antenna. At 11:30 I went out to check on the status of my antenna and was told it was fixed, I paid the full amount and when I checked if the radio was working found out the connected the antenna, but never confirmed if the radio was connected and not working. I returned to the service center and spoke to the manager (George)who told me could comeback during the week, and I might have to pay an additional charge< I was not provided a courtesy or option. I do not understand the service provided, if it's still not working? I would not want to waste another day scheduling an appointment especially after that experience. It seemed as if they cantered more to rushing out certain customers and allowed my car to sit and never completed the work. More

Greeted by a young man in the car lot and asked if he could help. He helped me to the maintenance car lane. I was acknowledged immediately.
