Other than buying a great car, which the dealership had zero to do with since they don't manufacture cars, this was a horrible buying experience. I endured it because they had the exact car I was looking f zero to do with since they don't manufacture cars, this was a horrible buying experience. I endured it because they had the exact car I was looking for with really low miles. I was forced to finance the car when I wanted to just pay cash and be done. But a cash purchase would have cost another $5-6K - according the the mouse print and what they tell you after the fact (and keeping you in the dealership for HOURS. Plus, they use "The Peterson Advantage" as a marketing/negotiation trick. Be sure to negotiate the $899 financing doc fee and the cost of the warranty if you get one. The whole experience was awful including the 5 hours it took to get after market wheels swapped off my trade (which they initially offered a ridiculously low ball price). I'm guessing this is SOP for dealerships - keep your wits about you and don't get swept into the games they play. More

We broke down on the way to Florida for our vacation and our Truck was towed to Peterson for assessment. This is not our service center , but they were very helpful and able to get us into a rental quickly our Truck was towed to Peterson for assessment.
