Chris Cannata contacted us because we were 2 yrs into a 3 yr lease. He was able to upgrade us to a 2014 KIA with all the bells and whistles for the same monthly payment as my 2011 KIA. When I first came to KIA, I was browsing Optimas for no longer than a minute before Mark Alexander approached me and asked if i needed assistance. He continued to answer all my questions about the KIA Opti longer than a minute before Mark Alexander approached me and asked if i needed assistance. He continued to answer all my questions about the KIA Optima. He showed me numerous cars and sat me in about 5 before I found the one that fit right for me. He gave me detailed descriptions of everything inside the car and really sold me on it. Most importantly they accepted my trade in for a fair price and negotiated professionally with me until I reached the price I wanted. I was referred to this dealership from a friend who also had an amazing experience and I have already recommended them to a relative. I had a great experience at kia. I went in there just wanting to look around and fell in love with the 2013 kia sportage.
