Jerome Toole was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Charlie checked in the car and also did the pick-up and he made sure that I had all the receipts and information necessary for any warranty issues. I was very pleased with the whole process. They made the accident situation much more bearable. I'd recommend Legacy to anyone. I also purchased a car there in 2006 and was pleased with that experience and the subsequent services as well.
