Love Legacy Toyota & my Prius I can not say enough nice things about my Prius and Legacy Toyota. I drove right into the service bay and was immediately greeted. My time in the MVP lounge was restful and brief (I didn't even get to finish a chapter in the book I was reading). Second Visit, Leaves Me Twice As Happy My call was last minute on a Thursday and I was squeezed in at 7:30 on Friday morning (really didn't think I'd get in until Monday). Chuck Browning go My call was last minute on a Thursday and I was squeezed in at 7:30 on Friday morning (really didn't think I'd get in until Monday). Chuck Browning got me a slot and I showed up on time. I was surprised at how many customers were already in the queue. However, just as I witnessed during my first visit, I was immediately met by Chuck and signed in for my service call. He directed me to the waiting area and I got a cup of coffee. My wait time was approximately an hour and a half to completion. All things considered, I think that's very good. After all, there are scores of people coming in for service. The staff at Legacy seems to be scurrying about quite a lot, but each with a designed purpose; there is no feeling of chaos. I would have to say this is a well-oiled machine. The layout of the reception/waiting area is also well designed and stocked. The atmosphere is pleasant and the people are friendly. That definitely makes the wait more tolerable, particularly if you're the antsy type. When Chuck came to advise me of the service results, he let me know there was a nail in one of my rear tires and offered a pair of tires for replacement. I declined as I had an associate who owed me some tires. There was no extra pressure to buy Legacy's tires and we moved on to finalizing the service call. My contract allowed for a N/C, so I was on my way with the offer to return if I found I still needed the tires. I would have to say my experience at Legacy Toyota has been nothing short of a supreme joy! More
