Very professional I went to get my car serviced, and they greeted me and asked what brought me in. I told them it was just my 5,000 mile maintaince. They didn't try to sell other unneeded services, and were sure to make sure I understood services needed, and some that would be needed at a later time and why that was. The gentleman that helped me even gave me his card to contact him directly if I had any other questions or concerns. I went in to get tire rotation and oil change, but just got a tire rotation, as my car has synethic oil and didn't need the oil change just yet. More

Legacy Breaks verbal agreement/contract to make more money Service Mgr agreed to use a part provided by a major parts dealer they regularly use that costs about $2000 new. I commited to the agreement, paid $1, Service Mgr agreed to use a part provided by a major parts dealer they regularly use that costs about $2000 new. I commited to the agreement, paid $1,000 for the battery pack, and $1,000 core charge and after paying to have my car, and being without transportation for a week, I was told the GM had instructed the service dept NOT to use the part they authorized, and insisted I use a new, $2700 hybrid battery in addition to a $106 test they said they needed to perform, AND about $620 labor charge I agreed to. Later they offered the battery pack for less than $2700. I insisted they keep their word and contract, and asked to speak to the GM & they said he would call me, but 3 days later, not a word. They virtually corner the market here for this particular repair, and they used this to hold me up, Hard to believe the 5 star reviews of Legacy. Other sites have almost all 1 or 2 star reviews, and plenty of horror stories about ethical breaches. The Service Rep and Service Manager were, however very polite and professional, so I have to give them 1 star. But confidence men ("Con Men") aren't successful if they don't win your confidence, do they? More

Manufacturer issued notification for vehicle check. First time I took vehicle in per manufacturer request. Notice was also in system, and my appointment check-in was professionally flawless, and also q First time I took vehicle in per manufacturer request. Notice was also in system, and my appointment check-in was professionally flawless, and also quite pleasant on a personal level. I was at the dealer for a reasonable amount of time, and during that time was apprised as to work being done and approximate time frames. At the end during check-out, I was pleasantly presented with a print-out itemizing several particulars that were checked, and their conditions. Did not expect any report other than the recall overview. This was very pleasing to me to see that the vehicle had one (already known to me) red alert area, two yellow alerts of which I was not already aware, and green on all other checked items. Tires were checked and filled, windshield wiper tank was filled and the hose re-attached. Has not worked for a couple of years, and no oil change place nor mechanic we have taken her to in the last couple of years has noticed that. Or did not want to deal with it. Our rep noticed it and re-attached it and I can now use my wiper fluid, FINALLY. Thanks, Legacy Toyota More

Recall service The experience was pretty good. I made an appointment for service to complete a recall on my airbags. It was scheduled for 10:15. I didn't realize it The experience was pretty good. I made an appointment for service to complete a recall on my airbags. It was scheduled for 10:15. I didn't realize it was with a particular person, but evidently it was. He was not available right away. After about 15-20 min one of the other service reps started my paper work. When "my" rep arrived he completed it and we inspected my car. I added on a couple services and was given an estimated and told it would take about 3 hours. I waited in the MVP lounge. After 4 hours I called to check on my car. I was told it should be ready in about 5 min. I waited and then proceeded to check out but the paperwork was still not ready. After about ten more min. it was ready. They explained the reason for the delay at that time. The work was great. My only complaint was the wait at the beginning, since I had an appointment and not being notified at the 3 hour mark that there would be a delay. More
