I am a repeat customer and each time I have found the staff and overall experience to be exceptional. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Corolla in 2011 and was offered an opportunity recently to trade the car in staff and overall experience to be exceptional. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Corolla in 2011 and was offered an opportunity recently to trade the car in for another car with 0% interest rate and once again the experience was exceptional. The facility is clean and comfortable almost like being at home and my sales representative Leroy Brown was very helpful without any pressure in me making a decision to purchase the vehicle. I would like to make one suggestion... I've purchased cars from other dealerships in the past and they offered the recycleable bags with their logo on it for the customers to remove any belongings from their old car and I thought this was a very neat idea. Plus I also use the bags for my grocery shopping and even though this offers free advertisement for the dealership (which would be another reason to consider getting the bags) it was still nice to be able to get the bags.. Yesterday when I was at Legacy I asked for a bag so we could remove our belongings from the car we were trading in and I was given a lid off a box and I thought this was a bit tacky especially since the dealership is top notch in so many areas. Overall a great experience and I would refer my friends and family for any future vehicle purchases. More
Car sales reps generally do not have a good reputation. JR is an exception. He compared the Toyota we were looking at to the Altima we were looking at. He told us the good and bad of Toyota. As with all buyers, the first couple of offers are never acceptable, but, he kept with us, finding other cars that met our desires and closer to our budget until he finally found the car we purchased. He found ways to adjust the options closer to what we wanted without having to accept options we really didn't want. At the end of a long, successful effort to purchase a new car, we felt he treated us with honesy and demonstrated a genuine interest in our wants and needs, not just trying to make a sale. JR represented this dealership well and I will/have recommended him to others. More

Tyler and I went to Legacy Toyota on Tuesday, March 19th in search of a new Toyota Highlander. We were instantly greeted by several employees. J.J. was our selected sales employee who assisted us in test in search of a new Toyota Highlander. We were instantly greeted by several employees. J.J. was our selected sales employee who assisted us in test driving the vehicles. He promptly answered our questions and helped us determine between purchasing a Hybrid or Limited Highlander. J.J. suggested with my agressive Texas style driving that I opt out of the Hybrid due to slow acceleration from stop lights. He was right! :) Once we selected the vehicle for purchase Julian and Henk assisted us with the offers and payment plans. That part was very simple and straight forward. We had three options and had to choose between them. No hassle there. During this process J.J. brought over snacks and drinks for Tyler and I. . We were sent to Tony in Finance. He answered our 400 questions and covered the details of the warranty packages and add ons for us. We never would have known he was new to the dealership had he not mentioned it to us! Julian spent a great deal of extra time (surpassed the dealerships closing time) with me setting up my iPhone and iPad on the Toyota entunes app. I can now play all of my iTunes, listen to Pandora and iHeartRadio. Had he not shown me how to do that I would have never gotten around to it or given up on trying to do it myself! He also taught Tyler how to play video games on the DVD player. Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful and this was by far the least painful experience I've ever had buying a car. Thank you Legacy! Looking forward to coming by again for servicing! More
