Ralph Moss is soooooooooooo helpful. Besides being friendly, he's very thorough and gives you all the information you need. He also works hard to ensure you leave the lot with the car you really want friendly, he's very thorough and gives you all the information you need. He also works hard to ensure you leave the lot with the car you really want. As a salesperson, he does not sell you a car just because you can afford it he makes sure you get the car you WANT and makes sure it's affordable. He definitely puts the customer's needs first, not the sale. The service department is also very thorough and professional. I had a great experience purchasing my car from Legacy Toyota. More
JR provided us with an excellent car at a fair price. This was by far the most enjoyable car purchase we have ever had. We highly recommend JR Peet as a salesperson. Thank you JR! Thursday, I took "Sushi" (she's from a good Japanese family and she's yummy), my 2001 Toyota Camry LE, which I purchased from Team Toyota, Legacy's predecessor, on December 27, 2000, in for her routine six-month service. My brother and sister-in-law from Missouri had been visiting last week, smelled something strange, maybe the right front brake, and said I should have it checked as soon as possible. I took her to Moses Brown, my service consultant, for oil/filter change, 19-point check-up, etc., and be sure to check the brakes. Moses had the mechanic work on her, then came to tell me the brakes were OK, the smell was from some bad oil leaks: the valve cover gasket was pouring oil onto the engine and one or two other places may be leaking oil as well. I offered to come back tomorrow, but I needed to have it repaired before driving because it might catch on fire. I called and cancelled a doctor's appointment and prepared to wait for the duration. Called my husband to tell him what was happending. He suggested I look around to see what options Legacy might have. Sushi was getting old; we shouldn't spend a lot on repairs; and maybe it was time for me to have another car. I told Moses who said if that's what I wanted, he'd introduce me to a fine salesman who would work with me, whom I could trust. He was Terrence Fisher, a most pleasant and responsive man, a PROS certified sales consultant. Terrence talked with me a bit to find out what I was interested in; then we went driving around to see what was available. I've always liked the Camry, but something smaller would be OK. But because I wanted a power driver's seat, the Corolla wasn't an option. We looked at used Camrys. I didn't like any of the dark colors; I wanted something light. Actually I've never bought a used car; I truly prefer new. We came to the silver 2013 (which we ended up buying). Did I like the color, the style, would I like to drive it? Yes, yes, yes. We went out on a test drive. By the time we came back, I wanted to see what we might do. Terrence let the sales manager, Charles Sciandra, know of my interest. I called my husband and talked things over with him. We had some back-and-forths. Charlie came out to ask if I were selling Sushi what I would ask for her. I've always loved Sushi, never wanted to sell her, hoped to keep her forever. But I finally came up with an amount. Then Charlie called my husband. A few minutes later, Terrence came to congratulate me; I have a new car! My husband drove out to Legacy, met Terrence and Charlie; the deal was closed. Terrence took us to the business manager, Kelly Kaye. She asked the business questions, explained what we needed to know, filled out all the forms for us to sign, and completed the grueling process quickly and cheerfully. Terrence came back to change the license plate, unload Sushi and put everything into Sushi II. What a tremendous help he was, once again. Each of the four staff we dealt with was completely competent in their area. They were willing to help us every step along the way, guiding us, explaining what was happening and why. They were straight-forward, cheerful, responded to us as a team. Actually we had a lot of fun dealing with them. We enjoyed our experience and are both satisfied and happy with the outcome. Sushi II will be happy, too. More
My husband and I came into the dealership looking at the cost of a new car. He has had a Toyota truck for 20 years and it is still running great so we thought this was a good place to start. We first spok cost of a new car. He has had a Toyota truck for 20 years and it is still running great so we thought this was a good place to start. We first spoke with Dee Patel he was very knowledgeable about the cars he was showing us. We asked him for a brochure and we were headed out the door, when Laurie Bentley asked if we had been helped. We had one more question and before you knew it it was 9PM and we were putting down a deposit on our 2013 Rav 4 limited. She ordered our car to our specifications. We were using our old car as a trade in and a week later it broke down and Phil and Scott were very helpful. They had our car towed to the dealership at no cost to us. That was great service. Buying a new car is a very stressful transaction but Laurie and all the other folks made this a very pleasant and smooth transaction. Our new car came in ahead of schedule which was a wonderful thing because for 2 weeks I had been driving a car that has no air conditioning. That is no fun especially in the middle of August in Florida. We have had our new car for 2 weeks and are really enjoying it. I hope that our new car will last as long as my husbands Toyota truck his has been the most reliable car I have ever seen. Thank you all for an exceptional experience. Janet Hutchison More
I have been a long time Toyota owner. So, when I totaled my current Toyota, it was not much of a choice to go back to Toyota. However, when I showed up at the Toyota dealership, I realized another reason w my current Toyota, it was not much of a choice to go back to Toyota. However, when I showed up at the Toyota dealership, I realized another reason why I keep returning to Toyota and that is the service that I receive. Ralph Moss has been my Salesman forever and always treats me right. He is patient and he has to be because I am terribly picky. But he keeps working with me to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. Ralph has also followed up with several phone calls to make sure that everything is ok after the purchase. That kind of service is hard to find. Kurt Bowman is now back and it is obvious that he cares about his customers because he stopped by several times to make sure that we were happy. I had a new surprise however and that was Kelly Kaye. She was fantastic in the financial part. She explained my options and gave advice according to my needs. You can't ask for more than that. Great experience!! More
I went in looking for a used car, Richard was so helpful and knowledgeable, he ended up selling me a new 2013 Corolla for just slightly more than a used car. I had been to several other dealerships and To and knowledgeable, he ended up selling me a new 2013 Corolla for just slightly more than a used car. I had been to several other dealerships and Toyota was the best in knowledge and service. He took the time to show me both used and new and and was confident without being pushy. At any of the other dealerships, noone took the time to suggest or show me what was available in new cars. I have told many of my co-workers of my shopping experience of car shopping and my wonderful experince at Legacy Toyota. They all love my new car. More
Yesterday, Aug 25, we purchased our 5th Avalon, (and 6th Toyota, including a 1999 Camry) from Ralph Moss. I think the dealership has changed hands during that time, but Ralph has remained an honest, friendl Toyota, including a 1999 Camry) from Ralph Moss. I think the dealership has changed hands during that time, but Ralph has remained an honest, friendly, efficient, trusted salesperson. We always ask for him when we are looking for a car replacement, so that should indicate complete satisfaction with him. We are also very satisfied with the current dealership (Legacy Toyota) and its service and other personnel. Our only concern is that prices on service seem to be rising more than prices in general, and the deals on new cars aren't as good as they used to be. More

Our sales representative, Fred Crass greeted us by the entrance, he showed us new contingent of Priuses, explained with great details the differences between various models, took us for a little ride. We negotiated good price on the model we decided to buy, we got very good financing option ( 0%!!) and happily drove home with a new Prius, though we really did not plan on doing it on that day! Fred was very good as a salesman, not pushy, very respectful of our needs. Erik Shipley was very thorough in explaining all financial aspects of our purchase. I will definitely recommend Fred Crass and Erik Shipley to anyone I know who needs new or used car. And I will come back to Legacy Toyota in the future. More
Mr. JR Peet is an excellent sales person. He is very friendly and professional. It is obvious he has brought his prior career skills to Legacy Toyota in Tallahassee, FL. I told him they are very lucky friendly and professional. It is obvious he has brought his prior career skills to Legacy Toyota in Tallahassee, FL. I told him they are very lucky to have him as a sales person. I drove from Apalachicola, approximately 80 miles away, to see a used Chrysler Sebring Convertible. Mr. Peet treated me like I was the COO of Toyota. In addition to buying the car, he showed me some new Toyotas and explained what Toyota planned to roll out in the next few years, which is when I will be ready for another vehicle. He also gave me a nice tour of the facility and explained the customer service I could expect when having my car serviced. I recalled my first car I bought by myself almost 40 years ago, Mr. Peet would be the perfect salesperson for the young first time car buyer or a buyer of any age. Mr. Vierbickas, the Sales Manager was also friendly and professional. We negotiated an acceptable price. The lady who completed the paperwork was also outstanding! The overall appearance of the facility was immaculate and all employees were neat, clean, professionally dressed and everyone was working. My overall experience was excellent. Everyone gets an A+, especially Mr. JR Peet! More
After a week at the beach, I was returning home to Kentucky on a Saturday morning with my family when I became concerned about an odd noise coming from under the hood of our RAV4. Since we still had Kentucky on a Saturday morning with my family when I became concerned about an odd noise coming from under the hood of our RAV4. Since we still had 12 hours of driving ahead of us, I thought it wise to have it checked at a dealership. My heart sank when I pulled into Legacy Toyota just prior to 8am and saw a long line of cars waiting for the service department to open. I was wondering if I'd be spending an extra night in Florida. Fortunately, we were greeted by Chuck Browning while we were still waiting in line. He reassured me that they were accustomed to handling this kind of volume and they would be able to get us serviced. It didn't take long for them to come back with a diagnosis: we needed repairs to the water pump. Chuck laid out a timetable and assured us we would be able to get back on the road. Since we had some down time he made arrangements for a courtesy car to transport us out for an early lunch. Our service was completed shortly after we returned and we were able to complete our trip home that day. Thanks to Chuck Browning and the staff at Legacy a negative situation was turned into a very positive service experience. Keep up the good work. Tim C. Florence KY More
