Spent my whole Saturday looking at cars and when I finally found one I wanted I spent three hours waiting inside just to be told Canaan (the associate "helping" us) could not actually sell us the car finally found one I wanted I spent three hours waiting inside just to be told Canaan (the associate "helping" us) could not actually sell us the car and we had to deal with a manager. A manager finally came out and informed us there was a non-negotiable $2,000 additional price to the car for "Boulware Benefits." The manager acted like these weren't negotiable because it was a new car, when it was a used car. He acted like this made a difference, but then told us that the benefits could not be removed. A car with a price tag of $19,000 ended up being $25,000 after all of their add-ons. No one that I spoke to seemed to have any idea what they were doing. Thanks for wasting my day! Side note: 2 staff members also walked around inside with their masks in the chins. More

Today I picked up my car after it was serviced. It reeked of cigarette smoke, the glove box and center console had been riffled, and the pockets behind the seats were dumped out. I called and emailed the dealer and received no response or explanation for my car being returned in this condition. I have used Legacy Toyota for over ten years and never had anything but excellence service. This is the first time I used the dealership since it changed to Peter Boulware. More
