I set up a appointment for an oil change for 930am after the confirmation the email stated it was an appointment to see a service advisor I already knew what I needed done had to wait to be seen and took an the confirmation the email stated it was an appointment to see a service advisor I already knew what I needed done had to wait to be seen and took another half hour after that to be seen for serviceand was told now you have an 1 1/2hr. The advisor made it so that I didn't have to wait that 1 1/2hr time for the oil change. Once I get my car back I drive off less than a mile from the dealership. I turn on my A/C and my car fills with smoke and I turn the A/C off and roll down the windows and see that my car is smoking from the passenger side of my car I get out and look and my catalytic converter was covered in oil went back to the dealer and was told the Tech accidentally spilled oil, but never tried to clean it up before returning my car so my 930 oil change lasted till around 1230pm. So the 1 1/2hr wait turned into an additional 1 1/2hr oild change totaling to 3hrs. They flushed all of the oil off the converter and returned my car I had to smell burnt oil for the weekend. But Ethan Vargas did all that he could to get me out of the service center. More

Customer service is not less dealerships first priority. I had an appointment for 8 o’clock in the morning. I have a century oil change package which includes tire rotation. They did not rotate my tires whe I had an appointment for 8 o’clock in the morning. I have a century oil change package which includes tire rotation. I had to argue with the service coordinator and then wait an additional 45 minutes for them to do the job on top of the hour that I waited for the oil change. More
