While this review largely focuses on issues with fulfilling the extended warranty, Jeep Perry failed miserably on multiple fronts, the least of which was to keep us apprised of the status, generally only responding if we initiated the communication. I have so little confidence in services performed that I have an appointment with a 3rd party to confirm work that was conducted appropriately. Below is a description of our ongoing issues. We originally brought it in in March for an electrical issue (took two tries, fixed under extended warranty), then had the rear differential replaced (replaced under extended warranty), only to get it back with a knocking noise. Despite having driven it <100 miles and with it being in the shop (dealer) over 3 episodes, we were surprised to find when we checked the oil that the dipstick was bone dry. How could they have not confirmed the fluid levels during any of those service appointments? We were within ~3000 miles (dealer completed) from the last oil change in January, there were no signs of burning oil, plug was in… ”floored” would be an understatement. AAA towed the truck back to the dealer where the dealer confirmed there was no oil of signs of oil burning, topped it off and told us to come back in 2000 miles. Less than 100 miles later the engine seized. That was in April. The dealer recognized the issue right away and proactively ordered a new engine that was delivered in May, but it took until AUGUST (over 16 weeks) for the dealer to get permission from the extended warranty people to install it. We received an email on June 20th from the extended warranty people telling us that our case was closed (8 weeks after the jeep went to the dealer) and that we'd receive a check within 3 weeks to help defray rental car costs. We didn’t receive the Jeep back for another 8 weeks after the extended warranty people determined the case was closed. It is now the end of August, there is still no check, and no one from extended warranty will respond to emails or phone calls. The worst part? When I went to pick up the Jeep with the brand new engine 2 weeks ago, I asked them to show me the dipstick. Would you believe the oil was low again, showing barely a fingernail on the dipstick? They didn't even reset the oil life, and 2 days later I had to bring it back because the coolant was leaking. Heck, they couldn’t even be bothered to run the truck through the car wash. This has been absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced both from extended warranty and the dealer. We are now deliberating what our next move is. More

Had an appt for 11am, was in line at 10:55 and didn’t get greeted for 45 mins. I had a special situation with an interlock device in ignition that I explained clearly to the nice young lady that booked the a greeted for 45 mins. Fast forward to day of appt and by the time tech checked me in, instead of a “ok this is a bit out of normal, but we’ll get you taken care of” or anything like that, my tech John, just gave huge sigh and then disappeared for half hour while other techs were even approaching me wondering why I haven’t been helped. all I wanted was an oil change. I understand this was special situation to accommodate a long term customer, but the customer service was once again unpleasant and reminded me why I took a 2 year break from this place More
