IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE KEEP LOOKING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I BOUGHT A CAR FROM HERE AND I COME IN FOR SERVICE AND GET TREATED LIKE A KID AND GET LAUGHED AT BY THE MAIN MANAGER JESSE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I BOUGHT A CAR FROM HERE AND I COME IN FOR SERVICE AND GET TREATED LIKE A KID AND GET LAUGHED AT BY THE MAIN MANAGER JESSE BECAUSE HE REFUSES TO SERVICE A WARRANTIED PART AND KEEPS COMPARING THE AUX BATTERY TO A LIGHT BULB THAT YOU JUST REPLACE IT IF POWER TURNS ON THEN WHY KEEP LOOKING FOR A PROBLEM EVEN THOUGH ITS THE SAME PROBLEM AS BEFORE SOMETHING IS CAUSING IT TO GO BAD. I PAY FOR DIAGNOSIS, AND BEEN BACK FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO LOOK INTERNALLY WHAT IS KILLING MY BATTERY MY VEHICLE STALLS IN TRAFFIC WITH MY FAMILY IN THE CAR VERY DANGEROUS AND JESSE LAUGHS AND SAYS WELL WE WILL SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT 2 YEARS DOWN THE ROAD FOR THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN IT GOES BAD AGAIN LIKE THIS TIME, THAT THEY WONT LOOK INTERNALLY BECAUSE HE WOULDNT DO THAT TO HIS WORKERS. SO AFTER I QUESTIONED EVERYTHING AT THE END HE GOT MAD AND TOLD ME RUDELY TO COME PICK UP MY JEEP THEY WILL NOT DO ANY SERVICE ON IT. More
I do not recommend this dealership for the following reasons: (1) The salesmen were young and apparently inexperienced. They didn't know much about the car I was buying and sometimes gave me wrong answ reasons: (1) The salesmen were young and apparently inexperienced. They didn't know much about the car I was buying and sometimes gave me wrong answers. (2) The sales manager refused to negotiate on the trade-in value of my car. I told him I wanted the Kelly blue book value (which was about the same as the CarMax offer) and he offered about $3,000 less. I said I would go half-way with him and take $1,500 less. But he refused to raise his offer even by $500. Obviously he was not interested in trying to work with me. (3) After the sale, I noticed that the tires were much over-inflated (like 45psig instead of the required 35psig). Their "preparation sheet" said they had adjusted the tire pressure to the "altitude compensated pressure" but their calculation was seriously wrong. Perris is about 1,500 ft. elevation, which means the atmospheric pressure is only about 0.8 psi less than sea level, so the "altitude compensated pressure" as measured by a pressure gauge in Perris should read 35.8, not 45. (4) I paid $46,000 for their new car and they wouldn't install the front license plate bracket for me. Their "preparation sheet" said it was installed but it wasn't. My overall impression was that this dealership is not competent, nor are they interested in satisfying the customer. More
After dealing with a couple of other dealerships and getting hosed we found this one. Absolutely the best experience EVER buying a vehicle. Years later, they still take care of me. The Kia Soul I bought here is the best car I've ever owned, and I got a fantastic deal. But I never got my second key. They said they had it, but I never went to get it. Until I needed it. Two years later, I go in, $200 key. I think, oh wow, I really screwed up, but they took care of me! I'm getting my service here, now, too, since I found out their prices are way lower than I expected for dealer service. Love my Kia. More

Finnaly a salesman that listened I have been going to DCH since they were Norm Reeves. I have bought many cars and have always been satisfied. I went to Perris Valley Dodge because they had a vehicle that I wanted. I called down to make sure that the Ram Truck that I wanted was still their. Somehow I was transferred to the Service Department and this was going to be my first impression, they cant even get me to the correct person. Andy Arcifa answered and he was great!!!! Yes the Service Manager helped me and made sure the truck was still their and had what I wanted on it. Andy asked me to come down and meet him and he would introduce me to the Mike Syrett who was the Sales manager. This is where is got strange, I offered a price and Mike said YES! with that the deal was done. I have never and I mean NEVER have had an experience like this. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!! I will never go any where else when purchasing a vehicle. I have my first appointment in service coming up and Andy has already called me and confirmed. Perris Valley has really changed, and I now can use my local dealer for service. More
