Perkins Used Car Sales

My experienced at Perkins started of a bit undesirable due to the fact that it took 40 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and then when they did they placed me with a salesman that did not seem interes due to the fact that it took 40 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and then when they did they placed me with a salesman that did not seem interested in my business. However there is always a silver lining and in this case it was Mr. Steve Faidley and Jeff. I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Faidley in the past and he was very helpful, especially because I was in a stressful situation after a bad experience at another dealership. Mr. Faidley listened to what I wanted and helped me in a very systematic and concise manner. I had told Mr. Faidley what I wanted, how I wanted it, and them gave him a ruff parameter to work within. I was upfront with him and told him I did not want to waste my time or his. He was wonderful. Mr. Faidley presented me with a couple of options and I had made my choice within a minimal time. He followed through the entire process and expedited all of the final details. To add to Mr. Faidley's wonderful customer experience was Jeff (an individual from the finance dept.). He was extremely clear and informative right down to the fine print of my transaction and got me a great percentage rate. When the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle or recommend a dealership, it will definitely be Perkins. But a business is not just a name it is individuals that make the experience personable and pleasant and in this case Mr. Steve Faidley and Jeff are what made the the most gratifying difference. Oh and I also would like to include the finance manger, I believe his name is Don and if I have got this wrong I apologize. Don is a masterful wizard in a class of his own. Thank you all. More

Everything pretty much went smooth and they did all the hard paperwork. Done in no time. This was the only time I felt good actually buying a vehicle from a dealer. We found the car we wanted on the internet and contacted the dealership to make sure that the vehicle was still available.
