He showed me the work Performance had done on the car (two new tires, oil change, detailing, etc) By that afternoon I bought the car. When I brought it home, my wife noticed a problem; I drove back to Performance thinking I was wasting my time as they were under no obligation to replace a missing headrest. Cam and the manager without hesitation informed me they would purchase a new headrest. A week later I received a call that the matching leather headrest was there for me to pick up. I went up on a Monday to take a look at it and was set up with Ricky SantaRosa as my sales consultant. Took a test drive everything about the car was in good shape and to my satisfaction. Ricky was pleasant very helpful got all the information I asked for. He even got the ok from the sales manager to let me bring the car home overnight so that my wife and daughter could see and drive it. None of the other dealerships I visited offered that. I had my wife the cfo, call Ricky and talk about price. They agreed on a price and we made the appointment to close the deal and off we went. I brought a few minor issues to their attention and Ricky made sure those were taken care of. Cant say enough for what he did for us. Made it an easy, pleasant experience. More

My 2001 Volvo S80 was due for a timing belt as per Volvo's maintenance schedule. I had noticed before that the brake pedal when taking foot off there was a hissing sound, and was told after performing tests that the vacuum booster needed to be replaced as this is an inspection item. All work was performed along with an oil change. I have always used Performance Volvo for service work since I owned this car and will continue to do so. They always give me a very close estimate as to cost and lead time. I am always given a loner and the car is always clean when I get it back. They are very courteous and always call if there are other problems or to let me know car is ready for pick-up More
