Auggie did it all. His boss's also backed him up. We agreed to a price, yet the sticker was higher when the car came on the lot. So the dealer stuck with the original price. Really helped since we live about 300 miles from the dealership. Even got the vehicle to us!!! This is the third new vehicle I have bought using the internet and getting them froma distance. Prior I used the dealerships in Denver metro area, now I will look west to Bountiful Toyota. More

Mr. Kraemer did a great job with locating a vehicle in their inventory with the information that I provided at 1st. Then once I arrived at the lot for my scheduled visit Mr. Arvay was very supportive and located Grant Pope to assist me with the Camry selection that I was looking for. Mr. Pope was an excellent choice for locating exactly what I was looking for in a Camry & I actually was able to find a color that I liked better than what had originally chosen. Grant was then extremely informative with any questions pertaining to the vehicle. He & the finance team did a great job determining monthly payments, pay off assistance and all initial paperwork and loan approval. They were able to answer all questions pertaining to any incentives and all other questions that I had. When I went to complete the final paper work related to my choice of Camry. Mr. Nordsven did an excellent job explaining all details related to my purchase. Once the paperwork was completed Grant Pope assisted with the transfer of all my personal belongings from my trade-in to the new car and completed the final walk thru of the options that were on my new car and he taught me how to set up the Blue Tooth option on the car. I would strongly suggest anyone wishing to purchase a new vehicle to go to Toyota Bountiful because of the experiences I have listed above. This dealership far exceeded my expectations. I was in the market for a used Nissan Altima. I found two listings from this dealership online and couldn't believe the price. I figured there must be something wrong with the car or that this dealership was being unethical and trying to push a bad product on me. I arrived at about 10:00 and started working with Joey Furtado. By noon I was driving off the lot with my new Altima. I've purchased a lot of cars, and this was--by far--the easiest and best experience I've ever had. Joey was very friendly and easy to work with, no pressure, very informative. I got an amazing deal on the car, but what really impressed me was how everyone at the dealership was going the extra mile to help me. The finance guy, Don Nordsven, was very helpful in reviewing all the options to get me the best possible financial arrangement. I had come pre-approved from my own bank and had planned on simply using this loan for my car, but Don was able to get me even better terms that through my own bank! He was great to work with. I came down to the dealership on my own and didn't have a convenient way to get my new car home plus the car I had arrived in that morning. Joey arranged to give me a ride home, taking time out of his busy Saturday to make sure I made it home with both of my cars. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Toyota or one of their used cars. I could not be happier with the service and the deal I received. These guys are awesome! More

I went in looking for a more economical car for my daughter and ended up getting a car for myself. Not even a week later we found the car for my daughter - both from Toyota Bountiful. He took the time to make sure he understood what we needed/wanted and what we didn't want or wouldn't work for us. Scott and the rest of the finance team were wonderful to work with. Buying 1 car can be both scary and overwhelming, but buying 2 is really over the top, but everyone we dealt with were so friendly and helpful. Would I recommend this dealership to anyone else?
