This was the first and will be the LAST car i will buy from Performance Toyota. The entire process was purchasing items without being able to actually see what I'm buying then learning i got screwed. I wanted new rims for my car and we agreed on a price for them, then the salesman, accesories department, and finance guy would not let me purchase black Toyota rims for the vehicle. I had to go with chintzy aftermarket crap that look like they belong on an 18 y/o's rice rocket. Because of the delay with cars getting to the lot my wife was assured they could provide a rental for her to run our kids to school and such... i never got one, NOTHING! I called, texted, even stopped in, and still zero car. I had to go in late for work everyday to help, then she has to borrow a car to go get them. Talk about pathetic follow through and blatant lieing to sell a car. The entire process was a joke. More

This time I had a good experience getting sevice on my car. It was all thanks to John Judkins. He was professional, knowledgeable and got me out before the time promised. I had the most disrespectful, horrible and rude experience ever here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vince R, the Toyota sales manager treated me with the upmost disrespect in a way I have never been treated befo experience ever here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vince R, the Toyota sales manager treated me with the upmost disrespect in a way I have never been treated before. He acted like I was the one who was supposed to earn his business. I was looking at the XSE Rav 4, and my sales man, Vince and I had gotten the numbers all printed out. I definitely felt rushed to make a decision, and because of that I needed to think about it, well as soon as I said I have to think about it while I’m looking at the write up of the car payments, Vince ySNATCHED the papers from right in front of me, and REFUSED TO GIVE THEM TO ME. I already had pictures that my salesman had sent me on text before so I really don’t know what his reasoning for his possessiveness of those papers were but it was definitely unlike any experience I had ever had before and I was absolutely in shock. I approached him shortly after I had a phone call and requested for the papers again, and AGAIN Vince denied and Vince said “if you’re not going to buy the car the papers don’t matter.” That was after me saying I’m feeling rushed and pressured and I need to think about it! Needless to say, if you want to experience the worst car buying experience of your life, then go here! My salesman Jared did not stand up for me and was part of me feeling rushed. The whole experience was just a nightmere and I will never buy a car from Toyota bountiful nor recommend anyone! People who treat their customers with the most disrespect should definitely NOT work there let alone BE MANAGERS. Needless to say I bought my car at Mazda Tim Dale in Murray and it was the best experience I have ever had. (Side note: after talking to some friends about my experience, this is the pushiness and lack of respect and decency is a regular occurrence.) More

This dealership was great. Definitely come back. Gave us a great trade-in value and worked with us to get financed for a different car. They didn't hit my credit with 15 differ Definitely come back. Terrible service department/warranty they try harder to get out of paying than to simply fix your vehicle, I have now had more damage to my truck during the time I wasted arguing with them.
