They were really kind. When I called in John was great at telling me what I was looking for! Getting there I wasn't expecting such great customer service, but everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The entire sales staff was very friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. They went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I think we both went away feeling happy. Then Vo'a continued to go overboard by actually removing all the stuff from our trade-in car and helping us put it in the new car. Amazing. Everyone else at the dealership bent over backwards to be friendly, stop and say hello, offer us drinks, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. And the showroom is beautiful, by the way. More

My husband and I bought a car from Menlove in 2009. When we bought the car, the emergency break wouldn't engage ... A year later when it came time to register the car we couldn't get safty on it, which mean we bought the car, the emergency break wouldn't engage ... A year later when it came time to register the car we couldn't get safty on it, which meant it couldn't be registered. Two years went by when I finally called the number for, what used to be Menlove, and is now TOYOTA BOUNTIFUL. I spoke with Mr. Ron Lynch, explained my situation, and Mr. Lynch, explaining to me that they are no longer affiliated with Menlove paid for half of the repair on the emergency break out of his own pocket!!! A week later we decided to try and purchase a newer, lower miled car. I decided to go back to Ron Lynch and see what he had to say. He had Mr. Rob Beveridge call me back and get all of the details he needed to get the ball rolling. After 3-5 conversations on the phone with Rob, he was able to get me into my dream car. All we had to do was go into the dealership and sign the papers. The whole car buying experience was done with no stress on my part! If giving birth was this easy then anyone could do it :) I would like to thank RON LYNCH and ROB BEVERIDGE for the OUTSTANDING customer service that was provided to me.
