Grant Pope was our salesman, he was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. We purchased a 2011 Camry XLE from him and we love it! Had problem after problem with certified vehicle just purchased. Had to jump through many hoops before problem was finally fixed. When I tried to do a new trade on the vehicle they reduced the trade-in price more than $2000. After telling me they could get a vehicle from another dealership, they took that back and told me they could not. Even the general manager promised things that were not done. Will not go back for service or sales. More
