I knew the type of vehicle I wanted even the color. After the dealership I was working with could not get the car I wanted for 10 days I looked online. When we arrive 30 minutes later he had the vehicle out front ready for us. The negotiations were so quick and painless. We got exactly what we wanted. Having had the stigma of horrible credit for a few years now and being looked at like I had the plaque, I had money in my pocket to purchase a clunker just to get me by. When asked if the dealership could now and being looked at like I had the plaque, I had money in my pocket to purchase a clunker just to get me by. When asked if the dealership could get me financed, would I like to use my pocket monies for the down payment. With an inward chuckle, I said sure, knock yourself out. Much to my surprise, a few minutes later I was being asked what I would like my monthly payment to be and taken outside to see the car they had selected from what I had described I needed. You could have picked me up off the ground, I was so overwhelmed as their selection. It wasn't a car they needed to clear from the lot, it was a car that fit my needs exactly. This guys are for real and I would highly recommend Toyota Bountiful to everyone I come in contact with that is looking for a dealership that cares about it's customers.
