I went out of my way to drive to Bountiful for my 5000 mile service and left without it being done. In fact, I had to call back to find out what part of the service was complete. My truck had a front to mile service and left without it being done. In fact, I had to call back to find out what part of the service was complete. My truck had a front tow receiver that took me 25 minutes to install from scratch, with a front hitch (pulled off by a simple pin) in it at the time. The Assistant Service Manager was too busy to actually go and see what was on the truck, and just told the tech to tell me it would cost 1 1/2 of service hours -- well over $100 to complete the service because of this "thing." There were two cars in the service bay at the time.. but they were so under staffed that no one was willing to take the time to figure out what was really going on and how to make the service work. Toyota of Bountiful has so many benefits for those waiting for service, beautiful waiting area, an exercise room, food, wifi, etc., but I left and will not make the back again because their service management is too busy to car about what they are doing. More

He had a great experience dealing with all employees at Toyota of Bountiful. He went there to just compare new vs used and drove out with a new truck! My overall experience was excellent! From the moment we drove on the lot I felt like I was priority. I was extremely comfortable and did not feel the typical pressure of a car dealership. I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Toyota Bountiful for several reasons. - First, my sales consultant was highly inexperienced and was not educated about the vehicles he showed to me. He quo Bountiful for several reasons. - First, my sales consultant was highly inexperienced and was not educated about the vehicles he showed to me. He quoted price on one particular vehicle that was off by about $5000. - Second, sales consultant's manager offered me a price and interest rate that he could not deliver. When I returned the next day to accept the offer and purchase the vehicle, he told me first that he had never made that offer, then that he could not honor that offer because it was "unreasonable". - Third, the associates at this dealership spoke to me in condescending tones, even attempting to lecture me about the value of cars and how my "father would tell [me] to accept Toyota's price". I would not recommend this dealership. More
