He told me he would call me later that day with what loan arrangements he made. Being almost a week later, I still have not heard from him. I had to call to get the name of the lien holder so I could get the insurance updated. I was told by whoever I talked to that he would have the person who helped us to give me a call. This is always the worst part of buying from a dealer and I think that there is great room for improvement there. I know you have made the deal so maybe it doesn't matter that we get crapping service after the fact. I will see if the other things that we was told about the dealership hold up. Time will tell. More

They came through with everything that what we wanted and needed. The entire dealership put their customers first. Everyone was very friendly. I understand all dealers are in business, but Toyota Bountiful doesn't care about helping people with their needs. I have reached out to them and they refuse to assist me with my concerns. They are dishonest. I came in off a promotion they were having on buying a new car and after I bought the car they refused to honor the promotion. After all this time I am still sick to my stomach about my purchase with them. I will never recommend them to anyone. They seem legit on the outside but in the end they rotten on the inside. Business is not all about the big money...its about the relationships you create with your customers and helping them with their needs. That in turn creates loyalty and referrals which is a much smarter business move. More

We decided to checkout the inventory at Toyota Bountiful, and were particularly interested in test driving a 2011 Venza with low miles. From the get-go, we were CLEAR that we were not ready to purchase that day, and just wanted to take this vehicle out for a spin to compare it to others we had previously driven. The sales rep we worked with (Craig Vierig) was eager to help us when Scott Argyle was attending other clients, but was extremely aggressive with his sales tactics, and become very belligerent with us after we had finished the test drive and didn't buy. Shame on us for not walking away when he ripped through us for about 10 minutes - in front of our young child! Not sure if other customers have experienced poor service with Craig Vierig but he is NOT A PEOPLE PERSON. During our time at the dealership, he continuously griped about his own management and other employees, and in fact reprimanded a younger employee in front of us while we were there. So our overall experience was bloody awful. We left feeling bad and will never return to Toyota Bountiful solely because of this man, Craig Vierig, which is too bad because we have been in before and other sales reps have been much more courteous and respectful. Horrible Experience We went to look at a 4Runner these folks had listed online. On our arrival we were told that it was sold the night before. They were nice and asked if we would like to look at a couple others they had. The first was more than we wanted to spend and so we passed on it after crunching numbers. The second wasn't exactly what we wanted but we crunched numbers and came to an agreement. We were told by the salesman to get some insurance going while he went and got the paperwork started for the financing. While on the phone with the insurance company the salesman returned and informed us that the payments would be $5 per month higher because we would have to pay for the new windshield that needed to be installed due to a large crack on the passenger side. This was a deal breaker as it was done by the Used Car Sales Manager in a sneaky manner. Why should we have to pay for something we didn't break in the first place? We viewed this as a very crooked move in the deal as we had already agreed to the numbers and deal, he changed it after the fact. The management asked us to give them a chance to fix this problem and we talked to the salesman again. They were told what it would take to fix the problem which should not have been too painful for them and not too much. It has now been 3 weeks and not a word. I don't believe that I would be returning to this business again and will be sharing my experience anytime I can. More
Awesome Dealership! We learned abut Toyota Bountiful from an ad heard on KSL radio for a two-for-one opportunity and after checking out their web site i received a follow We learned abut Toyota Bountiful from an ad heard on KSL radio for a two-for-one opportunity and after checking out their web site i received a follow-up call from Keyston Gibson. We decided to travel from South Jordan to the dealership in Bountiful to learn more details about the ad. On the way I lost a contact lens in my car and was unable to find it. We met with Keyston and he explained how the deal worked and asked what we were interested in. He made every effort to put a deal together that would meet our needs and budget. We came to the dealership late in the evening and because we were unsure about whether or not we wanted to make a purchase we were there long past closing time. I was impressed that the entire team was willing to stay after closing to see that our needs were met. Keyston and Rob Messer put together several offers for our consideration. To make a long story short, we were there until after 2:00 AM before we finished the deal. The team was out detailing our car after midnight as we finalized the deal with Weston Bird. These guys definitely went the extra mile to help us. They never gave any indication they were in a hurry to get home although I'm sure they were. This was extraordinary, extra-mile service. Weston was very patient with us and worked hard to work up different scenarios as we tried to make the deal fit our budget. And to top it all off, Keyston took the time to look in our trade in and found my contact lens the next day and Weston continued to help us with lease arrangements even two days later when we requested changes.. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer and I have to say I was very impressed and satisfied with everyone. We really felt everyone was genuinely interested to meet our needs and make sure we were satisfied in every way.and they did. I will not hesitate to come back to this dealership in the future. These guys are AWESOME to work with!! And we love our new Camry and Siena! More

Kahn Ha and Auggie make you feel like friends and treat you as if they wanted to give you the best deal available. From the professional way the dealership is laid out to the process of going thru finance with Scott Roper was truly exceptional. I have owned 8 different Toyota vehicles in the last 30 years and still have one with over 280K miles on it. I highly recommend Toyota of Bountiful and ensure you ask for Kahn Ha and Auggie to make it a rewarding experience. More

Earlier as I was taking kids to school one of the teens had pulled out the seat-belt so far that it wouldn't retract. This was nothing new, but on this particular day I could not get it to work with me. In a panic and with only an hour before the field trip, I drove over to Bountiful Toyota's Service Department hoping against hope that someone could help me in the small window of time available. John was wonderful! He was courteous, kind, and fixed the problem in less than five minutes. He totally saved my day. I was able to finally relax and get to the school on time. Thanks again!
