I needed my emissions test done and they were able to get it done, but I called for a price and was told it would be $30 and when I got there I was told it was $36.75. I was only given 2 options of a RAV4 that would be available in my 2-3 week window of needing a car. Scheduled to arrive 11/30-12/6. Today is 12/31 and I'm still waiting. Vuc was kind enough to lend m available in my 2-3 week window of needing a car. Scheduled to arrive 11/30-12/6. Today is 12/31 and I'm still waiting. Vuc was kind enough to lend me a car until mine arrives, but communication has been bad. They keep telling me when my car will be ready, then wait until the last minute to tell me it isn't. Messed up all my Christmas/New Year travel plans with the wonderful communication. FYI, they also won't allow anyone to pay cash. Toyota financing only. More

Service agent was nice. Manager wouldn’t match tire price at Costco (okay). Had to pay for oil service over phone (okay). Prefer to get an itemized bill first.
