Ed's professionalism was particularly visible when our after market installation of leather did not meet his standard of excellence and he immediately contacted the leather installer and had the job redone: Wow, that's what we all want to see from your car dealership. Even during the days when we negotiated the model, color, and costs Ed always had a smile , showed professionalism, and worked to get the best deal he could for us.
