Marija Milic was friendly, professional and energetic. Victor, the finance director was cooperative and found me the vehicle I was requesting. This was the second vehicle I leased using Maria as the sales Victor, the finance director was cooperative and found me the vehicle I was requesting. This was the second vehicle I leased using Maria as the sales associate and I was pleased to be able to have negotiations with a person that I already knew and was comfortable with. I consider her representation the major reason I returned to your Nissan dealership without going elsewhere. However, the last vehicle I leased from you (Pompano Nissan) I was offered a very reasonable price without having to negotiate for a lower price. This time around, I found your initial asking prices much to high. (I had done research on the internet) Although, I ultimately came to an agreement, I would advise you to change your policy of even trying to get your customers to pay exorbitant prices. That being said, I still rate the overall experience as good as I left with the vehicle I was looking for at a price I could afford. More

This was the easiest purchase of a car I've ever had. Derek was friendly, responsive to my needs and efficient. I knew what I wanted and he found it. I went into the dealership because I was having some serious brake problems with my car. I was concerned due to the fact the car was only 10 months old and I bought it new. I went to Ed automatically (a serious brake problems with my car. I was concerned due to the fact the car was only 10 months old and I bought it new. I went to Ed automatically (as he sold me my first car), I expressed the concern I was having. Him and the team got to work and tried very hard to get me out of an unsafe car into a new one. It was a very bumpy road, but a week later they go my into a used (I use that word lightly as the car only has 8K on it) 2014 Nissan Altima! It had what I wanted and then some. I could not be happier, the car is great and I no issues. The team was very helpful, friendly and I always feel welcomed when I walk through doors. This place is not like a typical dealership, they make you feel important and will work with you to get you into the car you want. As long as I live in South FL, I will continue to go to this place. The best dealership I have ever been to! Thanks everyone for getting me into this car! I have already gotten compliments on it! GREAT TEAM, GREAT SERVICE! Ed is the best car sales man I have ever had! Back in March of 2013 I went into the dealership to get my car's oil change, well later that day I left in a new car! About a year later I came back and Ed h March of 2013 I went into the dealership to get my car's oil change, well later that day I left in a new car! About a year later I came back and Ed helped get into a safer car! He is always friendly and even after the deal he would check in to see how I liked the car. If I had any questions or concerns, I would go to him and he would assist me right away. He always greets me with a smile and is very easy to talk to. When I go to the dealership, I will ask for him specifically. Never in my life have I felt like a car salesman would be so fun and easy to talk to. Most of the time, buying a car is not fun and you are surrounded by people who just want the pay check. Ed makes you feel like it is a bit more than that. If you have questions and he doesn't know, he will tell you. Then he will look up the answer. Rather than lie to you and make something up. BEST CAR SALESMAN EVER!
