Excellent Service Last September, I bought my 2012 Nissan Xterra from your dealership. On my first visit to the dealership under the new name Performance Nissan I met S Last September, I bought my 2012 Nissan Xterra from your dealership. On my first visit to the dealership under the new name Performance Nissan I met Service Specialist Christina Chambers. During my visit she pointed out that my Certified Warranty coverage was not entered into the system properly. As a result of the dealership going through a change of ownership, it took a few phone calls and visits to the dealership to get the problem resolved. Christina took it personal and made sure my warranty was corrected. Christina has always treated me with a high level of courtesy and respect. She has also been very helpful in resolving all of my concerns over the past 8 months. Just recently, I had my vehicle serviced for the third time and Christina had Brandon Thomas work on my Xterra. Brandon has worked on my vehicle before and I just wanted to express my appreciation to him for taking the time to solve my service issues. Brandon showed a great deal of concern and even had me ride along with him so we could solve a problem that had us both puzzled. I was impressed that he took the time to gather information from the customer to help solve the issue. Overall, I would just like to say once more that Christina Chambers and Brandon Thomas set the example of how to treat customer’s who visit your dealership. As a supervisor in the service industry, I know how important it is to keep your customer’s happy. 2014 Nissan Xterra For My Son I called Performance Nissan about an Xterra I saw on-line. Spoke with Rob Bartholomew and explained that the truck was for my 17 year old son.. Rob was super helpful and patient with all of my questions and my trade in. We agreed on a price for the Xterra and my trade in. The entire process was much easier than I had expected. The following day my son and I met with Larry Sutter and Brian Mink. As I finished up the paper work with Mr. Mink, Mr. Sutter spent approximately 30minutes with my son completely expaining every option on the car as well as a lenghty ride along. My son was really happy with the truck and was grateful that Mr. Sutter spent so much time with him explaining the trucks options such as the four wheel drive sytem. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as the gentlemen I have mentioned above. The entire experience was great and most importantly free of stress. More

Performance Nissan Provides Outstanding Customer Experiene I needed a comfortable all around vehicle that could tow. Prior to visiting Performance Nissan late on a Monday night in April I visited 5 other deale I needed a comfortable all around vehicle that could tow. Prior to visiting Performance Nissan late on a Monday night in April I visited 5 other dealerships (Toyota, Hyundai, Subaru, Honda and Kia). After my experience visiting these 5 dealers I was rightfully filled with apprehension and a lack of desire to go on. Knowing I needed a vehicle I decided to push on that evening and visit the Performance Nissan dealership in Pompano. From the moment I drove in Performance Nissan and met Mark Boscarino I could tell there was something very special about this dealership. In minutes I was at ease and actually comfortable. It was easy to tell that Mark was as interested in my experience with the dealership as he was with selling me a quality new vehicle. Later that evening I met Rob Bartholomew and Bobby Serpentini. They both went out of their way to try to help, while making me feel comfortable at every turn. Due to my lack of knowledge about the Nissan product line I decided I needed to know more before purchasing a vehicle so I made the decision to not purchase a vehicle that night (it was 10:30PM- which is 1½ hours after closing). At this point there was no pressure, I was simply asked to take a brand new 2014 Nissan Pathfinder home that night (no questions asked). Knowing this would help me make a more informed decision, I took the vehicle home. By late morning the following day I had done my research and realized that the product far exceeded expectations. At this point I realized that if I was going to purchase a vehicle anywhere, Performance Nissan deserved my business. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone in Palm Beach, Broward or Miami-Dade County. The overall experience is amazing (beyond excellent). I recently purchased a new Nissan Sentra SV and was Very happy with the Customer Service received from Salesperson Ed Stackpole and the "Performance" I recently purchased a new Nissan Sentra SV and was Very happy with the Customer Service received from Salesperson Ed Stackpole and the "Performance" Nissan team. Ed greeted me at the door, showed me several colors of the model I was looking for, gave me a test drive, and made the whole buying process easy and "hassle free". He and the whole Performance Nissan team were professional, courteous, and respectful during the whole process by providing water, coffee, and even offered to purchase lunch during the purchase process. Ed spent much time explaining all the features and benefits of my new car in detail. I was very happy with the "extras" I received that I would not have received at another dealer, such as "nitrogen gas tires, Pin striping, Wheel locks, Perma-Plate Sealant, Door edge guards, and Wheel Lip Moldings". I have other Nissan dealers located closer to my home, but travelling to performance was truly a Great experience and worth the trip. I love my car. I purchased a used Nissan Xterra (my 5th Nissan) and negotiated the entire deal from out of town and they were very patient throughout the process, flexible on price, and up front about the vehicles' few faults. They did not show an ounce of impatience with my negotiation style, which could be perceived by many car salesman as redundant and aggravating. I've been in the business before and they respected that, another bonus. They gave me all the attention I needed: They responded to all texts, calls, emails, sent me an exact buyers order copy before I showed up--and agreed that it would not change upon my arrival. They gave me a general value on my trade sight unseen (I only texted them pictures)--which they made good on upon my arrival and got me out the door reasonably fast. My sales person was Jose Robles and the manager I dealt with throughout the process (negotiating price, rate, etc...) was Chris Atkins: I'd recommend these guys to any of you who are car shopping. A good salesperson sells the customer what they want and does not try to change the buyers mind. They were more interested in listening than talking--another refreshing change. At no point in the process did I receive *any* level of pressure, which I find amazing considering the amount of time they spent with me before the actual sale.
