Tim Mills went above and beyond to get the deal done..... i arrived late in the afternoon... the dealer closed at 9 PM... they stayed open until 1130 PM to get it done for me and help me drive away in my beautiful new Rogue...... every person i was in contact with was friendly and cared about my experience...... I am 46 yrs old and a woman... and this is only the 2nd new vehicle i have bought..... To say you were going to change my oil only to find out by my mechanic that you did not and as a result I find myself driving a car for seven months with no oil change and hundreds of dollars of repair on my car at my expense! You treat me like an idiot and tell me that whether or not you changed the oil, seven months would not cause any harm to my car! Are you xxxxxx kidding me? To not take accountability for your mistake is unacceptable and disgusting!! The manager of the service department Chaco Lavastida is extremely rude and apparently has no business in that position since he has zero knowledge when it comes to the servicing a car! But then again any uneducated, rude, dishonest xxxxxx can push papers!! More
