I am no fan of the car buying process in general but when I left Performance Nissan, I actually thought, "Wow! Too bad I can't buy a car every week!" Our salesperson, Chris Damis, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. There was a slight problem with one of Performance Nissan's vendors after the purchase, and I have never in my life had someone go so far to make things right, which included coming to pur house to fix the issue. Wow! Just a great job all around. Highly recommended. More

To my surprise, because I am one of those who believes that when it comes to reliable service the US is fast becoming a Third World Country, the team I met with, and in particular Doug Wolfe, were quick to understand my need, didn't argue with it, and were responsive to my desire to conclude the deal the same day, without taking advantage price-wise for my urgency, and proved to be extremely reliable in delivering the vehichle in perfect condition and with and with adding a last-minute wish for a cover. And at the time of the delivery by Doug Wolfe, who all along was on top of the transaction, I was very impress by his level of knowledge about the car and his ability to answer each and every question I had, no matter how obscure it was. As someone who tried to get info from other agencies about the Murano that proved in some cases to be misleading, I can only say that based on this experience I willing whole-heartdedly to recommend the dealership to my friends and acquaintences and in particular Doug. He took my wife and I on several test drives being that we did not know which vehicle we wanted to purchase. Chris Atkins was very helpful with prices and knew our budget and was no nonsense person. I respect that from a sales person. We had our 5 year old twins with us and the team at Nissan literally ran around the showroom floor playing with them, while we conducted our business with Damis.
