He's very knowledgeable on the cars and will tell you up front that he doesn't know the answer but always finds out. Bobby is an exceptional person and always works hard to get you the best deal. He always comes to say hi and triple checks to make sure you're getting the best deal they can offer. Once the sale has been approved, Victor is the only person I go to when I sign papers. He keeps the environment upbeat and explains any questions you have about the paperwork. I always feel like family when I go in and I'm never concerned about getting ripped off. These guys work magic and they are my go to guys for car buying. I'm a Nissan fan and a Performance Nissan customer for life! More

I saw him as knowledgeable and eager to help in anyway needed. If he didn't know the answer to any of my many questions, he would be honest and not just make up any answer, and then proceed to find the answer via a manager or the finance department. As a customer who doesn't like to dilly dally around during sales experiences, he recognized my buying style and adapted his sales style to me. I truly appreciated that. The dealership itself was as friendly as could be, but I was limited to my engagement with them since Tyler was capable and able to resolve any and all of my concerns.
