He always comes to say hi and triple checks to make sure you're getting the best deal they can offer. Once the sale has been approved, Victor is the only person I go to when I sign papers. He keeps the environment upbeat and explains any questions you have about the paperwork. I always feel like family when I go in and I'm never concerned about getting ripped off.
