I would trust Auto Nation before these crooks I had a Nissan Altima that I purchased used from another dealership. I had it serviced and repaired exclusively at the old Pompano Nissan and loved t I had a Nissan Altima that I purchased used from another dealership. I had it serviced and repaired exclusively at the old Pompano Nissan and loved the place and the employees there. I called and made an appointment for repairs, the very day I arrived for service I was told when I made my appointment I would have a loaner waiting for me. When I checked in, and AFTER they took my car around back, I asked for my loaner. I was then informed the dealership was sold at as of the opening of business that very day it was no longer Pompano Nissan, nut now Performance Nissan and they no longer gave out loaners. I was literally stuck in that dealership for hours while I spend $800.00 on repairs and had no loaner as promised at the time I made my appointment. I asked for the new owners and no one would come out and talk to me. Between no loaner vehicle as promised, and the new owners refusing to talk to a customer, I left there with such a bad taste in my mouth I vowed I would never in my lifetime do business with these crooks again. Since I traded my Nissan in for a Ford, and actually that Ford I traded again for another Ford with Pompano Ford and am very pleased with their dealership. To this day I continue to get fake copies of new vehicles in stock at Performance Nissan with what looks like hand writing notes on it, which is a scam they do, asking me to trade my Nissan Altima in for a new Nissan. I have not owned my Nissan, or any Nissan for years now and refuse to business with the crooks at Performance. I have called, and called, and called and asked nicely and demanded forcefully that my name and address be removed from their system as I would ride a camel or walk before I ever did business with Performance Nissan. The "alleged dealer invoice" has the name of Delroy Small 954-781-7700 or 888-721-6134) and are "signed" by someone named Jose (with the phone number of 888-721-6134), and I have even talked with both Delroy and Jose, and have been promised repeatedly to be removed from their mailing address. The way I feel about Performance Nissan, I consider these letters to be harassment and I have had enough. If this rating does not get my name and address finally removed for life, once and for all, I will seek the advice of an Attorney to file a lawsuit for harassment against the dealership, the crooks that own it, Delroy, and Jose. More

Wow! Buying a New Car Didn't Suck !!! In fact, It was FUN ! I recently brought my 2006 Armada into Service for a shift linkage problem, while there, the service techs were able to diagnose a number of other ser I recently brought my 2006 Armada into Service for a shift linkage problem, while there, the service techs were able to diagnose a number of other serious issues that would cause safety driving problems. Ian and I discussed the ones needed to be addressed immediately and one that could wait, but needed to be done in the near future. Needed to say it would be necessary to put MORE MONEY into my beloved 11 year old Armada than I would ever realize in trade. I asked to speak with a sales rep and was told one would contact me soon. Yes, sir, that very day I was contacted by Ed Stackpole and I was able to spell out my vehicle needs and my financial concerns to him. He said he would begin to look for just what I needed and we agreed to meet when the Armada service was complete. Three days later, I met with Ed and we began one of the most fun experiences I have ever had buying an auto. You see the car commercials and the happy people and think, what crap! But this was just like the commercials, only more real and more exciting. I am a big guy and the most important feature was that I did not have to fold up to get in the vehicle. We discussed Pathfinders - Do I need 7 seats? NO - OK lets discuss Muranos - did I want to spend extra money? NO - Ok waht about a Rogue? Is it too small? Well, I sat in one and had all the room I needed, it was really Sleek and Sharp looking. Let's drive it !!! Wow, I was blown away. Responsive, great handling, good on the gas (The Armada was a HOG !) and it fit into my budget specs perfectly. I like it !!! Ed was the finest salesman I have ever dealt with. In fact i will not call him a salesman (bad experiences in past buying deals) I will call him a Car Matchmaker. Now comes the deal, can we get enough money out of the Armada and get me into the Rogue without me feeling like I was taken to the cleaners? That was when I was introduced to the dreaded "Finance Guy", the one who makes you feel like a heel for wanting a good deal and trying to save your self respect. That was when I met Victor Salgueiro. I was suspicious going in. Within five minutes, Victor and I were laughing and sharing stories about car buying experiences as well as other life stories that made us laugh and cry with frustration. When he showed me the numbers, I was overjoyed. I could do this, get home and tell my husband Tom about this and knew he was going to be pleased and excited. He is the Uncle Scrooge McDuck to my happy go lucky, Donald Duck. I actually Told Victor what fun I had with him and how different it was from other auto buying experiences. I walked out with my new 2017 Nissan Rogue feeling like the Prince who found Cinderella. Best car buying experience of my life. Thank you Ed Stackpole for finding the perfect match for my driving needs and thank you Victor Salgueiro for meeting my financial head on and helpingme come out on top. I give you 10 Stars in a five star rating system. Very professional and helpful, I am truly appreciative of the service he provided, he listened, acknowledged and got us to the desired price point. I would rate him with 6 stars. The managers also made the experience painless, kudos to Mr. Delroy Small, even spending my money with the financing guy was a pleasant experience. I recommend this dealership without reservation. I closed the deal for a pre-owned with Brian D Mink, starting my problems with the car since day 1! Dropped that car for service like 8 times! No need to mention all details with emails and phone calls I had with supervisors, managers and others (James JR, Eytan, Stephen, Ryan, Delroy Small, James Fern and the worst guy EVER -> Kevin Kasey - Sales manager) Kevin Kasey actually laughed at me for the fact that I was there again with the same problem a day after, he don't deserve my respect at all! my comments are very true so I need to mention the only person with good faith that tried to help but with no success was Delroy Small, he could understand my situation and frustration to buy a car (even if is a pre-owned) and start having problems since day 1.... tired of being "the clown" I decided to trade the car with a brand new one... I went to a different dealership and trade the garbage they sold to me for something else... lost about $4000... because of the "upside down" thing... trust me guys...they don't care about you, but they will offer coffee with a big smile to close that deal... and sell a car to you no matter what...
