Terrific experience with Kelvin I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. I arrived on time. I was met by Kelvin and we discussed the vehicles available. When we returned to the dealership, Kelvin worked with the management to get me into a new vehicle. Even though my credit was not amazing, I was still able to get what I needed and a little more. I have purchased many high dollar vehicles in the past from other dealerships. I was clear that I was not buying a high dollar vehicle. I was treated the same as if I had been. No hassle. No headache. No pressure. Performance Nissan and their team did not disappoint and I am very satisfied with my entire experience with them. Recent Nissan Rogue purchase After having my 2015 Nissan Altima serviced at Performance Nissan, I was very impressed with the customer service I received although I had purchased After having my 2015 Nissan Altima serviced at Performance Nissan, I was very impressed with the customer service I received although I had purchased the Altima elsewhere. I happen to be in the Yacht Sales business near Performance Nissan and when I decided I wanted to trade up to a Rogue, I stopped in during my lunch break. At that point I had already contacted my original selling dealer and got their best offer. I was greeted by a Salesperson named Kelvin and also assisted by the Sales Manager Derek. I found the perfect Rogue there and they inspected my trade on the spot. With some negotiations back and forth (which I happen to enjoy!) I was driving my new Rogue SV home by the end of the day! I got exactly the price and terms I had hoped for! I have also had some extras done such as window tint and the Service I received after the sale was just as good! Very professional & knowable of the Z 370 Nissan. We did end up buying it. When I picked it up got to meet the staff of the Service Dept. they also was very helpful told me when to come in for the oil change. The mileage & all that stuff.
