I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding misleading advertising and pricing practices at your dealership. The vehicle price advertised was not the actual price required to complete the purc misleading advertising and pricing practices at your dealership. The vehicle price advertised was not the actual price required to complete the purchase. After I proceeded based on the listed price, the dealership increased the total by over $3,000 through mandatory add-ons. When I cited California SB 478 (the “Honest Pricing” or “Hidden Fees” law), the manager became hostile and stated that if I did not agree to pay for LoJack, the dealership did not want my business. SB 478, effective October 2023 as an amendment to the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, requires businesses to advertise the full, all-in price and prohibits undisclosed mandatory fees. The manager further stated he was unaware of SB 478, which does not excuse noncompliance and may explain the dealership’s unlawful advertising practices. This conduct appears to constitute deceptive advertising and bait-and-switch tactics in violation of California law. I am documenting this experience accordingly. Sincerely, Shelley More

AWFUL dealer! Sales person: Razi. I found the color Mach E Rally I wanted: star white that I was looking for and contacted the dealer yesterday. Sales person Sales person: Razi. Got an email to confirm I can test drive it. I wanted to test the suspension out. When I came in today, the same salesperson said no test drive is available unless I was buying at MSRP. I was stunned - I asked is this normal for a dealer to refuse a test drive ? He said the Rally is a constrained trim and the dealer said no test drives unless you are buying. I walked out. Do NOT go to this shady dealer. They think their cars don't smell... Harold called back to apologize but didn't do anything to change their rules. BTW Ford Motor pre-qualified me for $86,000 which is way more than the price of the Mach E GT. More

On Monday March 4th, 2024. My vehicle was towed into Performance Ford-Weat Covina. Battery held no charge. Vehicle was diagnosed not once but twice. They couldn’t find the problem til the second diagnosis. Coming up with an after market part installed. I have had my vehicle serviced with Performance Ford and yes they did install a rear view camera only part ever changed in my vehicle. I went in on March 7th to pick up my vehicle and was handed paper work when I asked Carlos the service manager what was done to my vehicle he had a problem with telling me what was done to my vehicle. He stated it’s in the paper work. At the end of the day my Low Jack was removed without my permission. I have called to speak to the general manager and left messages and still no call back. My advice to others stay away from this place but else where. They will charge you for service that fall under warranty and break into your vehicle well having work done. More
