Very unhappy with the service department. Waited for over 5 hours past appointment time to get a half assed diagnosis of my truck, had to pay more $ for a test to find problem, you kept my truck over ni over 5 hours past appointment time to get a half assed diagnosis of my truck, had to pay more $ for a test to find problem, you kept my truck over night because it took so long to find problem because you had tech’s call out sick, drained a full gas tank to do repairs, returned truck with a completely empty tank and the reverse camera now doesn’t work properly. 110% unhappy with the “new service” staff.
