Was pleasantly surprised it was less than originally quoted for my oil change and tire rotation. Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy as well. The service was great, as always...however, I am pretty disappointed to just be hearing about "home delivery services" available, when I had to cancel my scheduled appointment (monday 8/16) due to a medica disappointed to just be hearing about "home delivery services" available, when I had to cancel my scheduled appointment (monday 8/16) due to a medical emergency. When my wife called to cancel/reschedule (uncertain who she spoke with), she specifically inquired if a "pick up /drop off service" was available, due to the medical emergency conflict. Even though she offered to pay for "that service", the response was no, it didn't exist, and we had to ( in hindsight, inconveniently) reschedule a few days later. Like I said, the service is always great, but this was very disappointing to discover just now... More
