Horrible service. Returned 3 times before problem was resolved. Brought my 2012 (96,000 miles) Dodge Caravan to dealer. I told them it was missing, pinging, and had a valve tap (valve was tapping for abo resolved. Brought my 2012 (96,000 miles) Dodge Caravan to dealer. I told them it was missing, pinging, and had a valve tap (valve was tapping for about 2 years). My scanner showed ECM code 301 (misfire cylinder 1). They swapped cylinder 1 plug and ignition coil with cylinder 3. They said it was fixed but didn’t find anything wrong. While driving home from the dealer the misfire started again. Scanner showed code 301 again. Brought it back again, this time they replace one spark plug and the rear camshafts, lifters, and rocker arms. As soon as I started the van I could still hear the valve tap. They said to drive it for a couple of days to see if it goes away. The misfire and pinging were fixed, but the tap didn’t “go away”. Returned van, they replaced the front camshafts, lifters, and rockers. Picked up van, valve tap was gone, but I noticed the air intake assembly was loose and two nuts were missing from the upper intake manifold. They installed the two nuts, but they lost the two air intake mounts and had to order them. It cost me $3500. Today I received the two missing air intake box mounts. While I was installing them I noticed a fresh crack in the upper intake manifold. It was cause by overtightening one of the mounting bolts while they were replacing the front camshafts. Now I have to take it back for a fourth time! More
Didn’t worry about fixing the issue I brought it in for. Had my truck serviced. Oil change, etc. required at 30,000 miles. They also changes the oil in the front and rear differential along with the transfer case (4 wheel drive). That drove the cost way up e 30,000 miles. They also changes the oil in the front and rear differential along with the transfer case (4 wheel drive). That drove the cost way up even though I never use the 4 wheel drive feature. Total for a regular oil change along with the differential fluids was over $1000.00. Must be pretty expensive oil... More
Avoid At All Cost And By Any Means Neccessary. Work Wasnt Done Correctly An Advised My Car Should Have Went To A Body Shop. They Claim They Should Never Have Touched And Now I'm Sorry They Did. The worst experience that I’ve had there. Will not come back for service or purchase. The tech could not balance my wheels properly. Had to return, taking 1/2 day off w/o pay.
