Was charged $40 to patch a tire, $10 most other places. Was the worse place I have had my vehicle service every time I called they said my warranty was holding up the process and every time I called she warranty they claimed to have sent approval. I had to call every time to find out what was going on with my truck and on top of that when they said it was ready I picked the truck up and the steering was not functioning properly I couldn’t even leave the lot. Called in late AM for an oil/ filter change and tire rotation appointment. What a surprise. I was told that I could bring my 2020 RAM in for service whenever I wanted. I asked if I could bring it in now rotation appointment. What a surprise. I was told that I could bring my 2020 RAM in for service whenever I wanted. I asked if I could bring it in now. The answer was yes... I arrived about thirty minutes later and was greeted immediately by the service advisor. My vehicle was taken into the garage within 5 minutes while I waited. About 45 minutes later my vehicle was READY. I am truly amazed at how friendly and efficient the service is at Performance Dodge-Jeep-RAM. This is the second visit where I received EXCELLENT service.
