I’ve been ignored for 6 months by the finance department and the GM Ted Johnson. I asked for a 15k lease and they wrote it up as a 10k. I noticed immediately and tried to have it fixed. Just frustration and a lot of run around. This will cost me thousands when I turn the vehicle in!!! More
Another shady car dealership. Bought a $35,000 truck from this dealership and upon delivery there was a tire sensor warning on the dashboard. I was told it would reset itself after 15 to 20 miles and if it didn’t bring it back and we will fix it. It never reset, brought the vehicle back to the dealership and now they want to charge me to have the sensors put in the tires that were never there. The next morning, after buying the truck, I got into an accident taking it to the dealership to get the tire sensors fixed. Unfortunately, it took the repair shop months to get the parts to fix my vehicle. The car dealership told me because it has been so long they will no longer fix the tire sensors. The manager Chris seems like a nice guy, but is a shady businessman or working for a company that does not understand the definition of nobility More

This dealership is a complete ripoff. bought a jeep wrangler 2018 used ( 47000 miles) $32000. Smelled antifreeze during test drive . They replaced coolant tank. still smelled coolant when got home .When picked up jeep found out it had only 1 key.they did referance a place to get another key ($325 out of my pocket for something that should have been there to begin with .) Drivers side rear brake hung up on 2nd day ,to point where couldn't touch wheel .no follow up from dealership. 2 emails ignored . finally got response after calling Chris Manofsky and leaving voice mail. took jeep back and surprise !! The radiator was leaking . Took jeep back 6 days later and they replaced radiator (only took 6 days ) . meanwhile rear brake is still hanging up since they LIED and said they couldn't make happen during test drive. Impossible since they didn't test drive it . this place is complete ripoff and the thing they care about is getting their $$$ and getting you out the door.stay as far away this trash business as you can . Compliant has filed with corporate dodge about this dealership. More
I came in today for oil change/tire rotation. I've been having my Jeep Cherokee serviced here for 3 or 4 years. About a year ago I had them service my transmission and transfer case. The guy at the counter says its time for you to have your transfer case serviced. I said check your records I already had it serviced. He said oh yes you did sorry. At this time I told him I just had it in another shop for rear differential and to check transfer case due to code. The shop told me it looked like the transfer case and transmission had not been serviced. He said it looks like we did it due to parts being taken out of inventory. I said well that makes me feel better but there is no real way to know if it was done. So I had the oil change/tire rotation done. When I went to pay it was $116.67. My 2 previous were $90.05 and $89.18. I said did price go up he said yes. Thats $26 more! So I go out to my vehicle and search all over parking lot can't find it. Go back in ask a guy for help he said I am busy and they park them anywhere! So I go out looking again can't find and go back to my original service guy and he goes with me it is in back of lot around building far away! Then as I am driving home I noticed the mileage sticker in the window was not taken out and they put new one on top of it! I pull the other one off and I see why they did not take old one off. It was coming off in pieces and would take some time to do. I took razor blade and took off myself. For these kinds of prices you would think you would get better service! Not have to go searching around for you vehicle, take the sticker off, not have to worry if the actual work had been done! No confidence in this place anymore not going back! Go there at your own risk. More

Purchased my second vehicle there 3 weeks ago. Salesman Tim Cox was fabulous both times. The car has transmission issues, probably why it was traded in. I took it to service, not a super friendly staff but they did look at it. 2 days, told me "can't find anything wrong with it". Picked it up and transmission issues right away. I had asked to speak to the sales manager to see if I have an option to trade it for something else, but he wasn't in and didn't call me. I guess I'm stuck with a vehicle that I'm paying for monthly that I can't trust to drive safely. Very frustrating when you are told "nothing is wrong" when you know there is. Highly recommend salesman but not dealer. More
