Within a 48 hour window I was given all the information I needed for purchasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Once at the dealership, Jacob and his team were amazing, answering all of my questions and helping me navigate through the purchasing process. We had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle with a year warranty on the AC, which turned out to be a huge waste of time. Despite taking the car to the shop mul dealership. I purchased a vehicle with a year warranty on the AC, which turned out to be a huge waste of time. Despite taking the car to the shop multiple times, the AC never worked properly. They claimed it would only work when the temperature exceeded 50 degrees, which was clearly a way to avoid addressing the issue. After several failed repairs, the AC worked for only a few months before breaking down again. Now, with a few months left on the warranty, they refuse to return my calls. Terrible customer service and unfulfilled promises. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
