I was looking into buying the new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Since they had not hit the show room floor yet I wasn't too sure of all the options that came with it. They treated me like an individual and gave me thier honest opinions and didn't try to pressure me into anything. I also had alot of questions about the car and if they didn't know the answers they got in touch with someone who did and relayed the information back to me. The customer service there was second to none I don't see how it could have gone any better. Thanks to John, Brad, James, and George they made my car buying experience very memorable and easy. Drew and Bob were great! They were friendly, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, and were extremely responsive to my questions and timing! After I said I didn't want the add'l lease coverage he did not say one more word unless I prompted it...not ONE. I had also asked that my paperwork be ready to sign so I could sign and drive (my time is important to me) and he had not printed the paperwork as requested. I suggest you have your SALES guys attempt to sell customers on the added coverage at the time of sale....finance guys don't work and play well with others....it's not in their skill set! I can say that as I'm a CPA and work in finance!!! More

I don't recommend the service deparment. I took our van into service for a noise under the hood. After spending $500 to fix the noise, it is still there. They would not negotiate a partial refund.
